To connect the JA Audio EX-CC6 Fiberglass Center Channel Speaker to your amplifier or receiver, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your amplifier or receiver is turned off and unplugged from the power source.
2. Locate the speaker wire terminals on the back of the EX-CC6 speaker. These terminals are usually labeled as "+" and "-".
3. Strip the insulation from the ends of your speaker wire to expose the bare wire.
4. Identify the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on your amplifier or receiver. These are typically color-coded or labeled.
5. Insert the bare wire into the corresponding terminals on the EX-CC6 speaker. Ensure that the positive wire is connected to the positive terminal and the negative wire is connected to the negative terminal.
6. Tighten the terminals to secure the speaker wire in place. Make sure the connections are tight to ensure good audio signal transmission.
7. Repeat the above steps for the other end of the speaker wire, connecting it to the corresponding terminals on your amplifier or receiver.
8. Double-check all connections to ensure they are secure and properly connected.
9. Once all connections are made, plug in and turn on your amplifier or receiver.
10. Use your amplifier or receiver's settings to configure the speaker setup and ensure the EX-CC6 is recognized as the center channel speaker.
11. Test the speaker by playing audio and adjusting the volume as needed.
Note: Always refer to the user manual of your specific amplifier or receiver for detailed instructions on connecting speakers.
