To forward calls unconditionally on the Avaya 9408 IP Office Telephone, follow these steps:
1. Press the "Features" button on your phone.
2. Use the up/down keys to highlight "Forward" and press "Select."
3. Use the up/down keys to highlight "Forward Unconditional" and press "Select."
4. To switch call forwarding on or off, highlight "Fwd Unconditional" and press "On" or "Off."
5. If no destination is set, the display will jump to the destination field.
6. To select which calls to forward, highlight "Call Type."
7. Press "Change," and when the required option is displayed, press "Save."
- Options are "External Only," "External and Group," "Non-Group Calls," and "All Calls."
8. To set the destination number, highlight "Destination."
9. Press "Edit" and enter the number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively, press "To VM" to forward calls to voicemail.
10. Press "Save" to save the call forwarding settings.
