To connect your Samsung HW-JM45C Soundbar to your TV, you have a few options:
1. HDMI Connection:
- Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT (TV-ARC) port on the soundbar.
- Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC port on your TV.
- Make sure that the HDMI-CEC feature is enabled on both the soundbar and your TV.
- Set the TV's audio output to "External Speaker" or "Audio System" to ensure the sound is routed to the soundbar.
2. Optical Connection:
- Connect one end of an optical cable to the OPTICAL OUT port on your TV.
- Connect the other end of the optical cable to the OPTICAL IN port on the soundbar.
- Set the TV's audio output to "External Speaker" or "Audio System" to ensure the sound is routed to the soundbar.
3. Bluetooth Connection:
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your TV and the soundbar.
- On the soundbar, press the Source button on the remote or the soundbar itself until "BT" appears on the display.
- On your TV, search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Samsung HW-JM45C" from the list.
- Once paired, you can stream audio wirelessly from your TV to the soundbar.
