To connect microphones, use balanced XLR cables to connect the microphones to the MIC INPUT 1 and MIC INPUT 2 on the rear panel of the mixer. If your microphone requires phantom power, make sure to activate the corresponding Phantom Power switch for the respective microphone input.
For audio sources such as CD players, cassette players, or tuners, use RCA cables to connect them to the SOURCE INPUT 1 - 4 on the rear panel of the mixer. Each source input corresponds to its front panel Level control.
Ensure that you have assigned the microphones and sources to the desired zones using the front panel DIP switches. The four DIP switches closest to each channel's LEVEL control assign that channel to the zones. The DIP switches on the rear panel can be used to enable ducking for specific zones and apply phantom power to the microphone inputs.
