To install the GoPro Max Lens Mod 2.0 on your camera, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your camera's software is up to date by visiting gopro.com/update for step-by-step instructions on how to upgrade.
2. Remove the protective lens on your HERO9 Black camera by turning it one-quarter turn in either direction.
3. Place the Max Lens Mod over your camera's lens, ensuring that the camera's mounting plate is properly lined up with the slots on the back of the Max Lens Mod mounting plate.
4. Press and rotate the Max Lens Mod one-quarter turn clockwise to lock it in place. Make sure it is properly installed and sealed before using your camera.
Important: Only remove the protective lens in a dry, dust-free environment. Avoid touching the glass camera lens when installing the Max Lens Mod.
