To connect the SVS SB-2000 Pro subwoofer to your audio system, you have a few options depending on your setup. The most common way is to use a single RCA interconnect cable to connect the LFE or SUB1 output on your AV receiver or preamplifier to the LFE input on the SB-2000 Pro. This allows your processor to perform bass management and send a pre-filtered mono signal to the subwoofer.
If you have a stereo receiver or preamplifier with left/right line level outputs, you can use both the left and right inputs on the SB-2000 Pro. Connect the left and right outputs of your preamplifier to the corresponding inputs on the subwoofer using RCA interconnects. Make sure to enable and adjust the on-board low pass filter on the SB-2000 Pro for a smooth blend with your main speakers.
If you want to connect multiple subwoofers or "go dual," you can use the RCA outputs on your AV receiver or preamplifier to integrate multiple SB-2000 Pros or other subwoofers into your system. You can run a single connection from each subwoofer output to each subwoofer, or use an RCA splitter or Y-adapter if you have more subwoofers than sub outputs.
For wireless connectivity, you can add the SVS SoundPath Wireless Adapter (sold separately) to the SB-2000 Pro. Simply connect the adapter to the USB input on the amplifier plate of the subwoofer and follow the setup instructions provided with the adapter.
