To connect the AKG P820 Tube microphone to your audio equipment, follow these steps:
1. Use the supplied audio/control cable to connect the microphone output to the INPUT connector on the rear panel of the Remote Control Unit.
2. Use a standard balanced XLR cable (optional) to connect the OUTPUT connector on the rear panel of the Remote Control Unit to the desired microphone input on your mixer or audio interface.
3. Prior to connecting the Remote Control Unit to power, check the power voltage available where you will be using the microphone.
