To connect the NEUMI CS5 Center Channel Speaker to your audio receiver or amplifier, follow these steps:
1. Identify the appropriate cables: Depending on your audio receiver or amplifier, you may need either speaker wire or RCA cables. Speaker wire is typically used for connecting passive speakers like the CS5, while RCA cables are used for connecting to RCA outputs on some amplifiers or receivers.
2. Locate the speaker terminals: On the back of the CS5 speaker, you will find two sets of speaker terminals labeled "Left" and "Right." These terminals are where you will connect the speaker wires.
3. Strip the speaker wire: If you are using speaker wire, strip the insulation from the ends of the wire to expose the bare metal.
4. Connect the speaker wire: For each speaker terminal, insert the bare end of the speaker wire into the corresponding terminal. Ensure a secure connection by tightening the terminal screws.
5. Connect the other end of the speaker wire: On the other end of the speaker wire, connect the wires to the corresponding speaker outputs on your audio receiver or amplifier. Make sure to match the polarity (+/-) of the speaker wire to the receiver's speaker outputs.
6. If using RCA cables: If your audio receiver or amplifier has RCA outputs, you can use RCA cables instead of speaker wire. Connect one end of the RCA cables to the appropriate outputs on your receiver or amplifier, and the other end to an RCA-to-speaker wire adapter. Then, connect the speaker wire from the adapter to the CS5 speaker terminals as described in step 4.
7. Repeat for other speakers: If you have additional speakers in your setup, repeat the above steps to connect them to your audio receiver or amplifier.
8. Power on and test: Once all connections are made, power on your audio receiver or amplifier and test the sound output from the CS5 speaker. Adjust the volume and settings on your receiver or amplifier as needed for optimal sound quality.
Note: For more specific connection instructions or troubleshooting, refer to the user manual provided with your audio receiver or amplifier.
