To update the content on your IntelliTouch OHP-9000 IP Dual Audio Player, you have different options depending on the zone you want to update.
For Zone 1 - Message On-Hold:
1. Internet Update: Connect the player to your network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Then, access the online portal at www.cloudstream.com and follow the instructions to update the content and messages for Zone 1.
2. USB Update: Save your production update to a USB flash drive from the online portal. Plug the flash drive into the player's USB port. The link light will flash as the content is being transferred to the player's internal memory. Once the transfer is complete, the link light will go solid, and you can remove the flash drive. This method does not require an internet connection.
3. Mobile Device Update: Download the Cloudstream Mobile Update Manager App from the Apple iTunes App Store or Android Google Play Store. When an update is available, you will receive a notification through the app on your mobile device. Launch the app and follow the in-app instructions to update your player. This method also does not require an internet connection and uses the player's integrated wireless "hot-spot" feature.
For Zone 2 - Streaming Background Music:
To stream background music, you need to select the Cloudstream Background Business Music option when managing your player at www.cloudstream.com. Using the web portal, you can select and schedule music stations for specific times, days, and dates. You can also schedule branding messages and ads by choosing the Storecasting tab in the production manager.
Remember to activate your player on the online portal and register it at www.cloudstream.com to access these update options.
