To connect the sE Electronics X1 microphone to your audio interface or mixer, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your audio interface or mixer is powered on and connected to your computer or recording device.
2. Locate the XLR connector on the back of the microphone. The XLR connector is a three-pin male connector.
3. Take an XLR cable with studio-grade connectors and connect one end to the XLR connector on the microphone.
4. Take the other end of the XLR cable and connect it to the XLR input on your audio interface or mixer. The XLR input is usually labeled with a microphone symbol.
5. Ensure that your audio interface or mixer is providing +48V phantom power. Phantom power is required for the sE Electronics X1 microphone to operate.
6. Once connected, you can adjust the microphone input level on your audio interface or mixer according to your recording needs.
