To replace the battery in the CATIGA CD-8185 calculator, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the calculator is turned off. If it is currently on, press the ON/C button to turn it off.
2. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the calculator. It is usually a small rectangular compartment with a sliding or hinged cover.
3. Use your fingernail or a small tool to slide or open the battery compartment cover.
4. Take out the old battery from the compartment. Be careful not to touch any other components inside the compartment.
5. Insert the new LR44 battery into the compartment, making sure the positive (+) and negative (-) ends are aligned correctly according to the markings inside the compartment.
6. Close the battery compartment cover securely.
7. Turn on the calculator by pressing the ON/C button.
If the display remains dim after replacing the battery, ensure that the battery is inserted correctly and that it is not expired or defective. If the issue persists, please refer to the CATIGA CD-8185 Simple Design Calculator User Manual for further troubleshooting steps or contact CATIGA customer support for assistance.
