To connect the Philips HX9992 Sonicare Electric Toothbrush to the Philips Sonicare app, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your toothbrush is fully charged.
2. Download and install the Philips Sonicare app from your device's app store.
3. Open the app and create an account or log in if you already have one.
4. Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
5. On your toothbrush, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the light ring starts flashing.
6. Open the app and tap on the "Connect" or "Pair" button.
