To set the date and time on the Canon PowerShot A4000 IS, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the camera by pressing the power button.
2. Press the Menu button to access the menu options.
3. Use the arrow buttons (up, down, left, right) to navigate to the Setup menu (represented by a wrench icon) and press the Func./Set button to enter the Setup menu.
