To set up and pair the Schmidt Spiele 5.0 Wireless CarPlay Adapter with your car and iPhone, follow these steps:
1. Give up using the car's standard Bluetooth and WiFi connection.
2. Start your car's ignition.
3. Select the CarPlay screen using the touch screen in your car. Wait until the module loads.
4. Insert the SuperiorTek wireless CarPlay unit into the USB A plug for wired CarPlay.
5. Watch for the CarPlay icon to appear on the dashboard of your vehicle.
6. Press the CarPlay screen icon when it appears on your vehicle. The Bluetooth quest will begin.
7. On your iPhone, go to Settings and select Bluetooth searching. Choose the make of your car when it shows as a compatible item.
8. A pairing item will appear on your car's screen; select Pair.
9. On your iPhone, go to Settings and select WiFi Search. Choose the make of your car when it shows up as an item to unite with.
10. Select Allow when your iPhone asks to connect wirelessly with CarPlay.
Once you have completed these steps, your Schmidt Spiele 5.0 Wireless CarPlay Adapter should be successfully set up and paired with your car and iPhone. You can now enjoy the convenience of using CarPlay features through your car's infotainment system.
