To set the date and time on the Pyramid 2500 Auto Aligning Time Clock, follow these steps:
1. Slide the "SETTING" switch to the right to activate the setting mode.
2. Press the "ENTER" button to begin the "01" setting mode for setting the year.
3. Use the "+ or -" buttons to adjust the year to the current year.
4. Press "ENTER" to confirm the setting and advance to the next setting mode.
5. Follow the same process for setting the month and date in the "02" setting mode.
6. In the "03" setting mode, select whether you want the time to be displayed and printed in AM/PM (12-hour) format or military (24-hour) format.
