To change the ink ribbon in the Victor 1260-3 Electronic Calculator, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure the calculator is turned off and unplugged from the power source.
2. Open the printer cover by lifting it upwards.
3. Locate the ink ribbon cartridge inside the printer compartment.
4. Grasp the ribbon cartridge by the sides and gently pull it towards you to remove it from the calculator.
5. Take the new Victor ink ribbon 7010 cartridge and remove it from its packaging.
6. Insert the new ink ribbon cartridge into the printer compartment, making sure it is aligned properly.
7. Push the ribbon cartridge firmly into place until it clicks into position.
8. Close the printer cover by lowering it until it is securely closed.
9. Plug the calculator back into the power source and turn it on.
10. Perform a test print to ensure the ink ribbon is installed correctly.
