To clean the sensors of the RBC-2100 Bill Counter, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power cord from the machine.
2. Use a soft brush to gently clean all the sensors in the machine. This will help remove any paper particles or dust that may be sticking to the sensors.
3. If necessary, you can also wipe the glass surfaces of the detectors with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol.
4. For optimal cleaning, Royal Sovereign recommends using their Cleaning Cards (RBC-CLN). With the machine on, simply run the cleaning card through the machine like a bill. This will help remove dirt, dust, oils, and other contaminants from the sensors. It is recommended to use the cleaning card after every 100 cycles.
Note: It is important not to change the position of the detectors and/or optical sensors while cleaning.
