To clean the sensors of the RBC-ED200 Bill Counter, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power cord from the machine.
2. Use a soft brush to clean all the sensors inside the machine. This includes the light transmitter and the light-receiving sensors.
3. Make sure to remove any paper particles or dust that may have accumulated on the sensors.
4. If necessary, you can wipe the glass surfaces of the detectors with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol.
5. For optimal cleaning, Royal Sovereign recommends using their Cleaning Cards (RBC-CLN). With the machine on, simply run the cleaning card through the machine like a bill. This will clean the sensors of dirt and other contaminants. It is recommended to use the cleaning card after every 100 cycles.
Regular cleaning of the sensors helps maintain accurate counting and counterfeit detection capabilities of the bill counter. Make sure to follow these cleaning instructions provided in the owner's manual to ensure proper maintenance of the machine.
