To clean the sensors of the RBC-EG100 Money Counter, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power cord from the machine.
2. Use a soft brush to gently clean all the sensors in the machine, including the light transmitter and the light-receiving sensors. This will help remove any paper particles or dust that may have accumulated.
3. If necessary, you can wipe the glass surfaces of the detectors with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol.
4. For optimal cleaning results, Royal Sovereign recommends using their Cleaning Cards (RBC-CLN). With the machine turned on, simply run the cleaning card through the machine like a bill. This will help remove dirt, dust, oils, and other contaminants from the sensors. It is recommended to use the cleaning card after every 100 cycles.
Note: It is important to clean the sensors regularly to maintain accurate counting and counterfeit detection capabilities. Make sure to follow the cleaning instructions provided in the manual to avoid any damage to the machine.
