To clean the sensors of the Royal Sovereign RBC-ES200 Currency Counter, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power cord from the machine.
2. Use a soft brush to gently clean all the sensors in the machine, including the light transmitter and the light-receiver sensors. This will help remove any paper particles or dust that may be affecting the counting accuracy.
3. If necessary, you can wipe the glass surfaces of the detectors with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol.
4. For optimal cleaning results, Royal Sovereign recommends using Royal Sovereign Cleaning Cards (RBC-CLN). With the machine turned on, run the cleaning card through the machine like a bill. This will help remove dirt, dust, oils, and other contaminants from the sensors. It is recommended to use the cleaning card after every 100 cycles.
