To set the self-timer on the Kodak Easyshare C875 camera, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the camera and switch it to the capture mode.
2. Press the Menu button to access the camera's menu.
3. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the Capture tab in the menu.
4. Scroll down to the Self-Timer option and press the OK button.
5. Select the desired self-timer delay (e.g., 2 seconds, 10 seconds) using the arrow keys.
6. Press the OK button to confirm the selection.
Once the self-timer is set, you can place the camera on a stable surface or use a tripod to ensure it remains steady during the countdown. After pressing the shutter button, the camera will delay taking the photo for the specified duration, allowing you enough time to get into the frame.
