To clean the sensors of the RBC-100 Bill Counter, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power cord from the machine.
2. Use a soft brush to clean all the sensors in the machine, including the light transmitter and the light-receiving sensors. This will help remove any paper particles or dust that may have accumulated.
3. If necessary, you can wipe the glass surfaces of the detectors with a soft cloth dampened with alcohol.
4. For optimal cleaning results, Royal Sovereign recommends using their Cleaning Cards (RBC-CLN). With the machine on, simply run the cleaning card through the machine like a bill. This will clean the sensors of dirt and other contaminants. It is recommended to use the cleaning card after every 100 cycles.
Remember to always follow the safety instructions provided in the manual and ensure that the power cord is disconnected before cleaning the machine.
