To activate the ION Power feature on the IONPA DH-311PW toothbrush, follow these steps:
1. Hold the IONPA's handle and make contact with the metal conductor plate.
2. Slightly wet your hand for maximum ionic effect.
3. Turn on your IONPA toothbrush.
