To maintain optimal water quality, it is recommended to regularly replace the activated carbon packs in the VEVOR YMK40202 Distilled Water Maker. The frequency of replacement will depend on the usage and water quality in your area. As a general guideline, it is recommended to replace the activated carbon packs every 2-3 months or after producing approximately 50 gallons of distilled water.
To replace the activated carbon packs, follow these steps:
1. Remove the nozzle from the distiller lid and invert the lid.
2. Change out the used activated carbon pack with a fresh one.
3. Place the nozzle positioning card in place first.
4. Insert the nozzle back into the machine.
