To clean the LCD monitor screen, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the LCD monitor and unplug the power cord.
2. Spray a non-solvent cleaning solution onto a rag.
3. Gently clean the screen using the damp rag.
4. Do not apply pressure to the LCD screen to avoid permanent damage.
5. Avoid placing the monitor near a window or exposing it to rain, moisture, or sunlight, as this can severely damage it.
6. If the monitor or case is damaged, do not attempt to remove the cover or service the unit yourself. Contact an authorized technician for servicing.
7. Store the LCD monitor in a room with a temperature between -20° to 60° C (-4° to 140° F) to prevent permanent damage.
8. If any of the following circumstances occur, immediately unplug the monitor and contact an authorized technician:
- Monitor-to-PC signal cable is frayed or damaged.
- Liquid spills onto the LCD monitor or it is exposed to rain.
- The LCD monitor or case is damaged.
