To connect the Eightree ET05-USA WIFI Socket to your Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:
1. Download and Install the Eightree Smart App:
- Go to the Google Play Store (for Android devices) or the Apple App Store (for iOS devices).
- Search for "Eightree Smart" and download the app.
- Install the app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Make sure your smartphone or tablet is connected to your home Wi-Fi network.
- Open the Eightree Smart App.
- Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to connect the smart socket to your Wi-Fi network.
- You may need to enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password during the setup process.
3. Device Naming:
- Once the smart socket is connected to your Wi-Fi network, you can assign names to your connected devices for easy identification.
- Open the Eightree Smart App.
- Locate the connected device in the app.
- Tap on the device and select "Rename" or "Edit Name" to assign a name.
After completing these steps, your Eightree ET05-USA WIFI Socket should be successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network. You can now use the Eightree Smart App to remotely control your devices and set up automation schedules.
