To adjust the height and tilt of the Sceptre U275W-UPT 4K UHD Monitor, please follow the steps below:
1. Locate the stand of the monitor. It should be attached to the back of the monitor.
2. To adjust the height, firmly hold the monitor with one hand and use your other hand to grasp the top of the stand. Gently pull the stand upward or push it downward to adjust the height to your desired position. Make sure to hold the monitor securely while adjusting the height.
3. To adjust the tilt, locate the tilt adjustment mechanism on the stand. It is usually located near the joint between the stand and the monitor.
4. To tilt the monitor forward or backward, use your hand to grip the tilt adjustment mechanism. Tilt the monitor forward or backward to your desired angle. Release the mechanism to lock the tilt adjustment in place.
