To change the intensity levels on the LONG FIT V3 toothbrush, follow these steps:
1. Locate the button on the handle of the toothbrush.
2. Press the button to cycle through the different intensity settings.
3. The toothbrush offers three intensity levels: low (soft), medium, and high (intense).
4. Keep pressing the button until you find your preferred brushing strength.
5. Once you have selected your desired intensity level, the toothbrush will remember your preference for future use.
