To adjust the brightness and contrast settings on the LG 22MK430H-B monitor, follow these steps:
1. Press the joystick button located at the bottom of the monitor to access the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu.
2. Use the joystick to navigate to the "Picture" menu option and press the joystick button to select it.
3. In the "Picture" menu, navigate to the "Brightness" or "Contrast" option using the joystick.
4. Press the joystick button to select the desired option.
5. Use the joystick to increase or decrease the brightness or contrast level according to your preference.
6. Once you have adjusted the settings, press the joystick button to confirm and save the changes.
