To adjust the height and viewing angles of the SAMSUNG FT45 FHD Business Monitor, follow these steps:
1. Locate the adjustable stand that comes with the monitor.
2. Hold the monitor firmly with one hand and use your other hand to grip the stand.
3. To adjust the height, gently lift or lower the monitor to your desired position. The stand allows for smooth height adjustment.
4. To change the viewing angle, you can tilt the monitor forward or backward. Hold the monitor with one hand and use your other hand to tilt the top or bottom of the screen.
5. If you want to swivel the monitor from side to side, hold the monitor with one hand and use your other hand to rotate it in the desired direction.
6. If you prefer a portrait orientation, you can pivot the monitor by holding it with one hand and rotating it 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise.
7. Once you have adjusted the height and viewing angles to your liking, release the monitor and it will stay in place.
