To set the clock on the West Bend 40055 Electronic Kitchen Timer, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the "CLOCK" button for 5 seconds. The display will start flashing.
2. Use the "HOUR," "MINUTE," and "SECOND" buttons to advance to the correct time. Holding down these buttons will cause the numbers to advance rapidly.
3. The display will show the correct time in AM or PM.
4. Press the "CLOCK" button once more to activate the clock.
