To change the autofocus mode on the Sony ILCE-7M3 camera, follow these steps:
1. Press the Menu button on the camera.
2. Use the control wheel or joystick to navigate to the Camera Settings tab.
3. Select the AF/MF (Autofocus/Manual Focus) option.
4. In the AF/MF menu, you will find various autofocus modes such as AF-S (Single-shot AF), AF-C (Continuous AF), and DMF (Direct Manual Focus).
