To assemble the Black+Decker HC150 One-Touch Chopper, follow these steps:
1. Remove all packing material, stickers, and plastic bands around the power plug.
2. Wash all removable parts before use.
3. Place the bowl onto the base, ensuring that the tabs on the base of the bowl fit into the slots on the base.
4. Place the blade assembly into the bowl, over the center shaft. Rotate the blade until it rests on the bottom of the bowl.
5. Place the food to be processed in the bowl.
6. Fit the lid on the bowl, making sure the seal is secure.
7. Once assembled, plug the chopper into an outlet.
8. Press the textured area on the tab to pulse. Do not remove the cover until the blade has stopped running.
9. Lift the cover from the bowl, lift the bowl from the base, and carefully remove the blade assembly.
