To change the unit of measurement on the Ozeri ZK21-B Digital Kitchen Scale, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the scale is turned on and placed on a flat and stable surface.
2. Locate the touch-sensitive "Unit" button on the scale. It is usually labeled with the unit symbols (g, lbs: oz, fl. oz, ml).
3. Press the "Unit" button once to switch to the next available unit of measurement.
4. Keep pressing the "Unit" button until you reach your desired unit. The scale will cycle through the available units in the following order: grams (g), pounds: ounces (lbs: oz), fluid ounces (fl. oz), milliliters (ml).
5. Once you have selected your desired unit, the scale will display measurements in that unit.
