To connect the Honeywell 1900h Area-Imaging Scanner to your computer, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your computer is powered on and running.
2. Locate the USB cable that came with the scanner. This cable is used for connectivity.
3. Connect one end of the USB cable to the USB port on the scanner.
4. Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer.
5. Wait for your computer to recognize the scanner. It may take a few moments for the drivers to install.
6. Once the scanner is recognized, it is ready to use. You can start scanning barcodes by aiming the scanner at the barcode and pressing the trigger button.
