To change the measurement unit on the EatSmart Precision Pro ESKS-01 Digital Kitchen Scale, follow these steps:
1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
2. Press the "UNIT" button on the face of the scale.
3. Each press of the "UNIT" button will cycle through the available measurement units: grams, kilograms, ounces, and pounds.
4. Stop pressing the "UNIT" button when the desired measurement unit is displayed on the scale's screen.
