To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature readings on the Taylor 9835 Digital Cooking Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Locate the ℉/℃ switch button on the thermometer. It is usually located near the digital display.
2. Press the ℉/℃ switch button to toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature readings.
