To clean the Nostalgia FPS200 Electric Fondue Pot, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet by unplugging it.
2. Make sure the appliance is completely cool before cleaning.
3. Remove all parts from the Heated Base: Fondue Pot, Fork Rest, and Color-Coded Fondue Forks.
4. Dispose of any remaining chocolate, cheese, broth, or oil/fat by emptying it into a bag or trash receptacle. Do not pour the leftover fondue down the sink.
5. Hand wash the Fondue Pot, Fork Rest, and Color-Coded Fondue Forks in warm, soapy water using a non-abrasive cloth.
6. Dry all parts thoroughly with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
7. Wipe the Heated Base with a dry, non-abrasive cloth. Make sure no water gets inside the Heated Base.
8. Do not put any parts in a dishwasher.
9. Never immerse the Heated Base or cord in water.
