To install or replace the batteries in the Cooper-Atkins FT24-0-3 timer, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the timer.
2. Use a small screwdriver or coin to open the battery compartment door.
3. Insert 4 C batteries into the compartment, making sure to match the polarity indications (+ and -) on the batteries with the markings inside the compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment door securely.
5. The timer is now ready to use with the new batteries.
