To adjust the brightness and contrast settings on the AOC CU32V3 Super-Curved 4K UHD Monitor, follow these steps:
1. Press the Menu button located on the bottom bezel of the monitor.
2. Use the arrow buttons (Up, Down, Left, Right) to navigate through the menu options.
3. Select the Picture menu by pressing the Menu button again.
4. Use the arrow buttons to highlight the Brightness or Contrast option, depending on which setting you want to adjust.
5. Press the Menu button to enter the sub-menu for the selected option.
6. Use the arrow buttons to increase or decrease the value of the brightness or contrast.
7. Once you have set the desired value, press the Menu button to exit the sub-menu.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for the other setting (Brightness or Contrast) if needed.
9. Press the Menu button repeatedly to exit the menu and save your changes.
