To adjust the monitor settings using the OSD menu, please follow these steps:
1. Press the Menu button located on the bottom bezel of the monitor. This will bring up the OSD menu.
2. Use the arrow buttons (up, down, left, right) to navigate through the menu options.
3. To select a menu option, press the Enter button.
4. Once you have selected a menu option, use the arrow buttons to navigate through the sub-menus or adjust the settings.
5. To make changes to a specific setting, select the desired option and use the arrow buttons to increase or decrease the value.
6. Press the Enter button to confirm your changes.
7. To exit the OSD menu, press the Menu button again.
