To adjust the nose pad on the XREAL XR-7100RGL Air AR Smart Glasses, follow these steps:
1. Insert the nose pad separator into the gap between the glasses and the nose pad.
2. Gently apply pressure to separate the nose pad from the glasses.
3. Once the nose pad is separated, you can adjust its position to a more comfortable height.
4. Once you have adjusted the nose pad, reattach it to the glasses by aligning the holes and pressing it back into place.
