To insert the attachments on the BLACK+DECKER MX3200 Hand Mixer, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the mixer is turned off (°) and unplugged.
2. Match the beater or hook with the collar near its stem end to the illustration located near the opening (A) on the mixer.
3. Push in the beater or hook, rotating slightly if necessary, until it locks into place.
4. Insert the other beater or hook into the second hole, also rotating it if necessary, until it locks into place.
5. To insert the whisk, gently push it into either opening of the mixer, rotating it slightly if necessary, until it locks into place.
To remove the attachments, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the speed control switch is turned off.
2. Place your thumb on the groove in the speed control switch.
3. Press straight down to eject the beaters, dough hooks, or whisk from the mixer.
4. Be careful when ejecting the attachments, as they may come out quickly. It is recommended to eject them into a bowl or sink.
