To switch between metric and imperial measurements on the Salter 1080 WHDR12 Electronic Digital Kitchen Scale, follow these steps:
1. Lightly tap the unit button on the scale to scroll through the available units of measurement.
2. Keep tapping the unit button until you reach the desired unit. The scale can display measurements in grams (g), ounces (oz), pounds and ounces (lb:oz), or milliliters (ml).
3. Once you have selected the desired unit, the scale will display weights in that unit.
