To switch between pounds and kilograms on the Taylor 740541032 Body Weight Digital Scale, follow these steps:
1. Step onto the scale and wait for the display to stabilize and show your weight.
2. Once your weight is displayed, press and hold the unit button on the scale. The unit button is usually located on the front or side of the scale, and it may be labeled as "Unit" or have a symbol representing units of measurement.
