There are a few possible reasons why the pairing network may be unsuccessful. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure that the distance between the camera, the router, and the mobile phone is close enough when configuring the network.
2. Check if both the 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi signals connected to your mobile phone are working properly. The camera requires a 2.4G Wi-Fi connection.
3. Verify that the Wi-Fi name and password you entered during the network configuration are correct.
4. If the previous steps do not work, try resetting the camera to factory settings by long-pressing the reset button for 5 seconds. Then, attempt the network configuration again.
