To clean the Elite Gourmet EGC648 Electric Egg Cooker, follow these steps:
1. Always unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Wipe the heating plate and main body with a wet cloth. Do not immerse the body in any liquids.
3. Wash the accessories and lid in the sink with warm, soapy water.
4. Do not submerge the body in any liquid. Instead, use a soft, wet cloth to wipe it down.
5. The heating plate may develop discoloration due to mineral deposits from water. To remove these deposits, wipe the plate with a paper towel moistened with one tablespoon of white vinegar.
6. The egg cooker is not dishwasher safe, so do not place any parts in the dishwasher.
7. After cleaning, store the clean egg cooking rack, omelet and poaching trays, and measuring cup inside the egg cooker body.
