Cleaning the NutriChef PKWK43 Electric Water Boiler is simple and easy. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Always allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning. Remember to unplug the plug from the wall socket and power inlet.
2. Open the lid and pour out the remaining water in the water tank.
3. Wipe the lid and body with a damp cloth. Do not splash water on the control panel.
4. Do not immerse any part of the thermo pot in water.
5. To clean the water tank, cut a lemon into four pieces and wrap the lemon in a cloth. Put the lemon in the water tank.
6. Pour water up to the full level mark in the water tank.
7. Boil the water and then retain the heat for about one hour.
8. Pour out the water and use a nylon brush to clean the water tank.
9. To remove the smell of the lemon, you can boil water again and dispose of the water.
10. Wash the stainless steel water reservoir with a sponge and rinse with clean water.
11. Do not use abrasive materials, dish soap, scrubbing powder, scrubbing brushes, or benzene to clean the appliance.
