To switch between different units of measurement on the Vitafit VT707 Digital Kitchen Scale, please follow these steps:
1. Power on the scale by pressing the power button.
2. Place items on the scale for accurate readings.
3. Press the unit selection button to cycle through the available units of measurement. The scale allows you to switch between grams (g), kilograms (kg), ounces (oz), and pounds:ounces (lb:oz).
4. Keep pressing the unit selection button until you reach the desired unit of measurement.
5. The scale will display the weight in the selected unit of measurement.
