To change the unit of measurement on the Greater Goods 471 High Capacity Kitchen Scale, please follow these steps:
1. Power on the scale by pressing the designated power button.
2. Once the scale is turned on, locate the unit selection button. It is usually labeled with a unit symbol or abbreviation.
3. Press the unit selection button to cycle through the available units of measurement. The scale supports grams, ounces, milliliters, and pounds.
4. Keep pressing the unit selection button until the desired unit of measurement is displayed on the high-definition VA LCD display.
5. The scale will now measure and display weights in the selected unit.
